  • New Domain acquired – iNoel.in

I just acquired a new domain, iNoel.in. Found my existing domain, ImmanuelNoel.com, to be too long to be key’d in to the address bar šŸ™‚

I plan to use iNoel.in as,

    • An alternateĀ URLĀ for my website / blog.Ā The new (other) URL for my blog is,Ā blog.iNoel.in
    • A URLĀ shorteningĀ service for my own needs.

Here are a few short URLs,
    Twitter : inoel.in/twitter
    Facebook : inoel.in/fb
    LinkedIn : inoel.in/linkedin
    Google Plus : inoel.in/gPlus

My existing domain, immanuelnoel.com is still going to be the primary domain. Your old bookmarks should not be affected.

  • Hello world!

Well… here’s my first post. Technically, everything new starts with a ‘Hello World’… That’s how I start my blog too…

Its been quite some time since i gave up not finding a host which gives you complete control on a blog. With frantic searches for the best blog engine, tried out B2Evolution… and finally zeroed in on WordPress…

Was a big fan of B2Evolution initially… but it lost ground to WordPress soon… The UI.. Blog management.. Installation.. Themes.. Everything is undoubtedly better on WordPress.. Accept B2Evolution looks promising, and has a lot in store for the future… But I choose to go with the ‘Present Best’…

Next post, After my blog is setup…

p.s.. Gearing up for a stint with PHP and MySQL..
